The location isn’t what demands such a high amount, it’s because of what’s going into the making of it. This limited-edition super luxury residential complex will have its foyer encrusted with diamonds, precious stones, and pearls. Promoted by Vijay Shanthi Builders, the first reported proud owner of one of the four flats is PepsiCo’s CEO Indira Nooyi.
