Joely Fisher Sells Encino Home for $2.4 million
Actress Joely Fisher, from Fox sitcom “‘Til Death,” has just sold her four-bedroom Encino home which she has lived in for five years for $2.4 million.
Perhaps best known for her role in the hit sitcom “’Til Death,” Joely Fisher can now boast that she’s a successful home seller as well. She just unloaded her 4,511-square-foot Encino compound for $2.4 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The home was built in 1955 and was renovated in 2005 to incorporate additional Asian and Craftsman details. The contemporary home features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms and it sits on three-quarters of an acre. The highlights of the home are its beautiful city and mountain views in addition to its sports court and lagoon pool with pool house.
In “’Til Death,” Fisher plays the wife of actor Brad Garrett; the show has been on Fox since 2006. She has also appeared in “Desperate Housewives” in 2005 and in the 1999 film “Inspector Gadget.”
Public records show that Fisher purchased the property in 2005 for $3.35 million.
