Getting Homey at the W South Beach

It was all cocktail wishes and sushi dreams at the reception for the fabulous penthouse 2 in the new W South Beach. On January 20th, Bragi Sigurdsson and Linda Schechter of Sigurdsson Schechter Luxury Real Estate hosted a viewing of the upscale home. The invite list included clients, friends and of course fellow brokers; practically a “whose who of real estate.” Guests enjoyed an evening of fine wining and dining in the penthouse that boasts a private rooftop pool for tanning in the day and lounging at night, and the required stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.

No news yet if anyone snatched up the fully furnished home, which is supposedly designed by famous designers. My guess is that the lucky owner will only need to pack his/her bags and plenty of swimsuits, of course. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom beauty is listed at $8 million. I wonder if that price includes those fabulous Bliss products?
