Culina to Open at the Four Seasons

News | January 21, 2010

At the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, a new restaurant called Culina is set to open after the hotel has undergone a few phases of its $33 million renovation. According to the restaurant and hotel’s reps, you can expect Culina to open its doors in early March. It will be the Four Season’s first restaurant that is independent from the hotel. Culina will serve modern Italian cuisine, with delicious homemade pastas, thin-crust pizzas, meats, and seafood. It will be the Mediterranean version of a sushi bar where guests can admiringly observe as chefs prepare raw seafood. Culina will be providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner upon opening, and will be joined by Cabana Restaurant, which will probably be hotel eatery by the pool.
