News | January 23, 2010

Famous singer-actress Cher auctioned off her newly built home that is set on three-quarters of an acre, and is located in the Hualalai Resort in Hawaii. It’s asking price?  $8.72 million. The winning buyer from Arizona still remains unidentified. Concierge had estimated that the home would go for between $8 million and $12 million, even though she paid $2.9 million for the 8,821-square-foot luxury compound. The place overlooks the ocean and a golf course, and is extremely luxe. Cher has been said to have owned up to 18 homes in her lifetime, and she designed this one in particular and five bungalows around the garden’s courtyard, and added a swimming pool.
