Each of these luxurious villas is individually crafted and features amenities like a swimming pool ceiling (above). The partnership offers a shared ownership (a sixth fraction) range from a three-bedroom villa plus a Manhattan 52 Sunseeker Yacht priced at $1.1 million, to a five-bedroom villa plus a 30-meter Sunseeker Yacht priced at $3.5 million.
