When the rumors were confirmed in May that soulful singer Alicia Keys and artist/producer Swizz Beats were officially an item, it wasn’t long before the couple started their New York City apartment search. Now, the duo has been seen viewing one particular apartment numerous times, reigniting media frenzy around the pair who may be very close to closing the deal.
Now several months into her apartment search with boyfriend Swizz Beats, Alicia Keys has been seriously considering a beautiful three-bedroom duplex penthouse located at 170 East End Avenue. The Peter Marino-designed condo building is located just across the street from Gracie Mansion, and a source has indicated that “they have been back four times to view it.”
The duplex penthouse features a fireplace, double-height ceilings, three bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and East River views. The building in which the penthouse is located features a gym, squash courts, and a private screening room. The building is also home to hedge fund manager Arvind Sanger who reportedly paid $12 million for his penthouse.
