A Few of Ivanka’s Favorite Things

Ivanka Trump may be one of the most driven women in New York City. As the daughter of billionaire entrepreneur Donald Trump, she certainly has learned firsthand what it truly takes to make it in the cut-throat world of business. Here’s a look at a lighter side of Ivanka, who took a break from her busy schedule and demanding responsibilities to discuss some of her favorite things.

Trump, 28, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, a vice president at her family’s real estate company, and just recently added author to her resume with the release of “The Trump Card: Playing to Win in Work and Life.” The beautiful newlywed also has a line of fine jewelry within her Ivanka Trump Collection. But all of that aside, Trump is currently preparing for her honeymoon, and in light of the joyous occasion, she sat down and shared a few of her “nonfamily-related” favorite things.

Favorite Vacation Destination: Trump has been traveling to Waikiki a lot lately since the construction of Trump International Hotel Waikiki Beach Walk has begun. She says, “I’ve fallen in love with Waikiki; the beach, the climate, the people, and the hotel—it really is a paradise.”

Favorite Weekend Getaway: Since she was little, Trump has been visiting Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida with her family and says “It is one of my favorite places in the world and a great weekend getaway. While in Palm Beach, I enjoy visiting Trump International Golf Club to practice my golf game.” But she also has another favorite getaway: The Hamptons. “I also enjoy going out to the Hamptons in Long Island during the spring and summer with friends.”

Five Favorite Cities: “New York, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Prague, and London.

Favorite Hotels and Restaurants: When it comes to restaurants, Trump is very quick to respond. “Without a doubt, Jean George at Trump International Hotel & Tower New York, and I’m also a huge fan of Supper on the Lower East Side. They have an incredible mint pasta dish.”

When traveling, what are some of your must-have items: “Sun block and my laptop.”

Place you’d like to visit that you’ve never been before: “St. Petersburg, Russia. I have been to Moscow many times, but I have never visited St. Petersburg. Also, I’d like to visit the Grand Canyon.”
