$8.5 million Penthouse in San Diego

A downtown penthouse in San Diego has just hit the market for $8.5 million. The home is 4,500 square feet and features dark Italian woods throughout.

The pictures really speak for themselves, but this home is certainly a standout in downtown San Diego. While $8.5 million is somewhat steep to pay for 4,500 square feet of living space, one look around the house and you may beg to differ.

The penthouse features a large theater room and a bar room with a pool table and poker table. The bathroom is elegantly designed in a classic way that is not over-done and matches elegantly with the aesthetics of the rest of the apartment.
