660 at The Angler’s Boutique Hotel Resort Gets A Facelift

The Angler’s Boutique Resort hasn’t really been a big dining destination since the withdrawal of the now completely gone Maison D’Azur. The owners are still hoping to change that though, with a redone and expanded 660, featuring a new menu, lounge, and sidewalk dining. Created by chef Giorgio Rapicavoli, the new menu includes dishes like crispy braised pork belly with maple, sweet potato, pecans, smoked oil, and sea salt; olive oil poached piquillo peppers with goat cheese; and twelve hour braised short ribs with porcini and truffle risotto. Also, there will be a new cocktail menu and an expanded bar and indoor lounge area.
