15 Broad Street Comes Down to $15.5 Million

News | January 15, 2010

Possibly the most insane unit at Philippe Starck‘s 15 Broad Street has been price chopped. The six-apartment combination that offers 23 rooms (11 of them are bathrooms), 9,600 square feet, and access to the buildings’ lobby and bowling alley above, was asking $22.5 million when it came on the market almost exactly a year ago. It is now priced at $15.5 million. It is still the most expensive FiDi condo on the market, even after the anniversary markdown. It is just about $7,125 in monthly maintenance, and $1 in taxes.
