Hey big spender, the St. Regis has some units open for rent and its price is not for the faint of heart. The hotel/luxury condo is currently advertising 2 and 3 bedroom listings. The two-bedroom unit located on the 23^rd floor, is 1,580 square feet and has two master suites. If you need something a little different from the rest of the available locations in the world, check out the glass wall diving the master bedroom and the living room. Not so great for privacy, but I bet you will be the only one to say you can watch TV from your living room while laying on your bed. Tenants also get the option to take it all furnished, plus perks of living at the St. Regis, like maid service. Not to mention that gorgeous chef’s kitchen with granite countertops. The monthly rent for these cool digs is $8,000.
