The Hump Sushi at the Santa Monica Airport, located above Typhoon, is an off-the-grid outpost of authentic, fresh Japanese cuisine in a most welcoming and calm environment. While they do offer an a la carte menu, we recommend sitting at the sushi bar and conversing with the chef over your omakase menu – he will take your dining experience to the next level by encouraging you to go places you never thought you’d go.
