Frank Gehry’s Soho Duplex Up for Grabs

News | December 28, 2009

This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Soho duplex was once owned by Frank Gehry, the famous Canadian Pritzker Prize-winning architect based in L.A and best known for his architectural genius throughout the 60s and 70s. Gehry uncovered the apartment’s 25-foot ceilings and architect Walter Chatham designed the rest of the property. The swanky space includes a garden and parking spaces for two cars. The price tag? Only $5.8 million.
