Delphine Delights at the W Hollywood

While surviving the holidays can sometimes wreak havoc on our mental health, we have just the prescription for recovery come January. Near the end of the first month in the new decade—January 28 to be exact—foodies far and wide will descend upon the W Hollywood Hotel and Residences to test the treats presented by Delphine, the IDG restaurant whose family members include of BOA, Katana, and Sushi Roku. With Sascha Lyon, whose resume includes Daniel, Balthazar, and Pastis, directing the chopping block at this W restaurant, the town is waiting with bated breath for the opening.

Delphine will offer discerning palates Provencal cooking with hints of Italy and the Mediterranean for all three meals of the day.
