Buy One House, Get A Porsche for Free
Tony Gonzalez, Atlanta Falcons’ tight end, along with his wife, have been trying to sell their Manhattan Beach, California home for some time now. It was put up for sale last year for $3.999 million, and they now brought the price down to $3.6 million. Gonzalez has even decided to thrown in a new Porsche 911 Cabriolet within 10 days of the close of escrow for the full-price offer. Apparently, they really want to sell.
Gonzalez bought the four-bedroom home in 2003 for $1.575 million, but spent plenty renovating it. The best feature of the house is a huge roof deck that has a barbecue area separate from the shaded lounger and a hot tub. With its gorgeous views, two living rooms, dining room, a bar, master bedroom suite with a fireplace and patio, and a garage for the free Porsche, we don’t think it’ll be much longer until he finds his buyer.
