Sweet Changes for Meadowood

News | November 19, 2009

There have been some changes happening at The Restaurant at Meadowood. Mathew Tinder has recently joined Chef Christopher Kostow’s team, as pastry chef. Tinder’s resume includes noteworthy locales like Campton and Brick. He was also Boris Portnoy’s second-in-command, not too shabby.

The change finishes off a great year at Meadowood. The Restaurant had renewed its pair of Michelin stars and Kostow has been named as one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs. Now that Tinder has had a few weeks to get settled in I expect his new creations to pop up on the menu soon, and just in time for the holiday season.
