Miami Calendar Listing: Posh Potluck at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove

WHO: Executive Chef Philippe Pinon and The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove invite Miami gourmands to be their guest for potluck panache this holiday season.

WHAT: Making a glamorous comeback thanks to Nora Ephron and the New York Times Magazine, potlucks are the new trend in holiday entertaining and turn parties into interactive, creative gatherings that are easy on the wallet, inspire conversation, and reduce the amount of time the host spends in the kitchen.

This holiday season, Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami Executive Chef Philippe Pinon shows guests how to create their own signature potluck dish with recipes that cost less than $10 per person using ingredients from Whole Foods. Be pampered with signature Ritz-Carlton service, a glass of wine, Ritz-Carlton aprons, a Whole Foods “green” shopping bag, recipe card and much more.

WHEN: This Saturday, November 14, and on December 12 and 19; 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: Bizcaya restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, Miami

November 14 Entrée: Gourmet meat loaf made with lean veal and beef folded with Pecorino parmesan cheese, garden fresh oregano, black trumpet mushrooms and Panettone bread.

December 19 Dessert: Trifle Tiramisu and Berries Romanoff
