Maxalto Miami to Open this December

Luxury Italian furnishings brand, Maxalto, will be bringing its divine style to Miami’s Design District this December, appropriately during Art Basel Miami.

Maxalto was established in 1975 and is a B&B Italia brand designed and coordinated by Antonio Citterio. The new store will be the brand’s fifth retail location in the United States and will occupy a beautifully prominent location in the Design District of the city. The grand 2,500-square-foot location will feature 42 linear feet of full-height, street front windows elegantly wrapping the store’s façade. The exterior of the location will present a glass-box effect enhanced by the store’s elevated floor level.

Maxalto is the United Status’s largest collection of luxury branded home-design shops and the new Miami location will include convenient valet parking and full-service design restaurant with a gourmet shop. The space will present the beautifully functional Maxalto collection in true Italian style mixed with Miami’s flair.

The first stand-alone Maxalto store opened in Paris, France in 2008. The brand has received an impressive level or recognition following its positioning in the latest James Bond film, Quantum of Solace.
