Lisa Marie Presley lists Home for $8,995,000

Daughter of Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie Presley, has just listed her longtime home in Hidden Hills, California for $8,995,000.

The lavish property includes an 8,000-square-foot ranch house with three separate guest houses (that’s a lot of visitors!) and a second main house with four bedrooms and 2,842 square feet. The lot is suspected to be a two-parcel spread with the main houses having differing addresses, although they are in fact on the same property. You didn’t think Elvis’s daughter would have a small home, did you?

The main house was built in 1981 and features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The adjoining house and the main house are both right up against the Santa Monica Conservancy/Ahmanson Ranch, which ensures privacy, according to the listing. Other features of the double-property estate include a pool and spa with a waterfall, barns/tack rooms, and extensive parking space. It is reported that Presley purchased both properties in 1992, paying $2,600,000 for the larger parcel and main house, and $625,000 for the smaller one.
