Walking into “my new favorite” store FRETTE was just like stepping onto a bed of clouds—beds made of silk and lace, that is!   I should have known just from the 799 Madison Ave. address that I was in for a real treat; however, nothing could have prepared me for such luxury and sophistication.

Now I have to say, I always look forward to coming home after a long day at the office and “hitting the sheets”, but FRETTE takes me to a whole new level of relaxation. The fine linens were just one of the things that caught my eye—the “fuzzy” slippers were another. I pictured myself curled up by a fireplace wrapped in the winter white cashmere sweater with mink collar, donning my mink slippers while drinking a glass of port. I have to admit, it made me want to skip the rest of my day and head straight to bed.
