Elizabeth Hurley Goes Organic

News | November 5, 2009

If I told you Elizabeth Hurley was off on a farm in the British countryside making low-calorie beef jerky, would you believe me?

I know it’s true and I still don’t believe it. Selling her own line of organic snacks, low calorie cookies and cured meats in the countryside is the model-turned-actress-turned-designer-turned-farmer’s latest gig.

Now, I’m not knocking turning your vacation home into an organic farm. That’s very — noble, or Al Gorey or something. Besides, what else is there to do in Barnsley, Gloucestershire?

But first it was Hugh Grant, then it was movies like Bedazzled, then designing bikinis, now beef jerky… whatever is next dear Lizzy? Whatever is next?
