According to Curbed, that rumor has been confirmed by a little note dropped in their inbox. According to Curbed: “The last known list price for the 3-bed, 3-bath, 4,750-square-foot space— which sold as a shell— was $11 million, though an across-the-board price chop at the Millennium earlier this year would have moved the needle down to a humbler $9.35 mil.”
