Though the Trump Hotel Collection has dominated nearly every borough of New York City, Soho has remained exempt from the empire’s reign until now. Downtown will welcome its first ultra-luxury high-rise hotel when Trump Soho New York opens in fall of 2009. Located on Spring Street amongst the chic neighborhoods quaint boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants, the Trump Soho will give downtown the little lift it needs. The 46-story 400-room glass tower will house eleven opulent penthouse suites on the top three floors, including the largest suite on the East Coast, which measures at 10,045-square-feet. The space includes three master suites and one guest bedroom, five and a half baths, terraces, and ultra high ceilings in the living room and study/conference room. The sophisticated loft-inspired design of all 399 rooms and suites feature custom designer furnishings by Fendi Casa and floor-to-ceiling windows offering unparalleled views of the stunning skyline. Guests will also enjoy give-start dining at the restaurant, Quattro, known for its exquisite authentic Northern Italian cuisine. Other luxurious extra amenities of the hotel condo complex will include a recording studio, mixing booth, gym, playroom, catering kitchen, and wine tunnel.
