Leamington Pavilion is located near Speightstown, St. Peter on a 2 acre beachfront estate, which consists of a four-bedroom Italianate pavilion and a one-bedroom beach cottage which can be rented separately or as additional accommodation. Recently renovated & refurbished, Leamington features a/c bedrooms and ensuite marble bathrooms as well as numerous sitting areas and an memorable formal dining room which opens out onto the pool & garden area.
Leamington Pavilion has beautifully landscaped grounds providing natural privacy and a large swimming pool with two elegant poolside gazebos for dining or relaxing; there is also a tennis court and gym on premises. Golf at Sandy Lane is only ten minutes away.
The highly trained staff will ensure your holiday in this luxurious setting is a truly carefree and relaxing experience.
There is a reef which is great for snorkelling in front of the Pavilion and good swimming a short distance to the north.
