Bonnie Brooks and Ilene Tessler are the original Miami Beach award winning team. They have been the best of friends since going to Junior High School on Miami Beach. It has been a friendship of over 40 years and a business partnership of more than 25 years.

They are both long time residence of Miami Beach. The areas which they’ve held record breaking sales are Bal Harbour Village, Bay Harbor Islands, Keystone Point, Sans Souci Estates, Miami Beach, and the Venetian Islands. “Experience and integrity are our operative words,” said the duo. “We live by them. We pride ourselves in delivering the ultimate in service and results.” Brooks and Tessler specialize in high-end properties, both homes and condominiums, throughout South Florida. Their work has earned them numerous awards over the years.

Bonnie and Ilene recently made their first move in decades to join forces with Turnberry International Realty. While with Coldwell Banker they were honored with their highest award: Members of the Legend Society. This membership represents the top 1/4 of 1 percent all CB Sales Associates worldwide. Having sold upwards of $75 million in a single year, their record is strong. Bonnie and Ilene are listed in “Who’s Who in Luxury” Real Estate Award of Excellence. They are active members of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, and the Masters Brokers Forum.
