Kanye West’s West Coast Purchase
It has been confirmed that the rapper we hate to love, Kanye West, has purchased himself a 0.79-acre property the holds a 2-story, six bedrooms house for $7.15 million.
The 3,299 sq/ft house at 631N. Crescent Drive in the flats of Beverly Hills was built in 1921 and is not expected to stand for much longer. This means that Kanye will have to build himself a brand new home most likely worthy of being featured on MTV’s Cribs!
Initially listed for $8,499,000, the property was then reduced to $7,499,000, if our math is correct West closed on a pretty good deal!
