Donald Trump, only one of the most successful developers in the U.S, predicted that despite the strong and increasing values in the luxury real estate market we should be very watchful as it could all tumble down in the blink of an eye.
One of Trump’s main concern lies on the credit crunch that will affect the lending opportunities. As the Chairman of Trump International puts it “Very simply, right now, cash is king”
At the moment Trump is being very careful and bidding pennies on the dollar on some of his land investments.
At the moment, following Trump’s advice wouldn’t hurt!
