Nobu in the East Hamptons

For all of you who will be vacationing, yachting or just lounging in the Hamptons this summer, make sure to get the best reservation in town. We are pleased to announce that your beloved sushi-haven, Nobu, is in the works of opening a East Hampton location for a limited number of weekends. The actual location still remains unknown as it’s being kept secret as if it were the Holy Grail! But nevertheless you can rest assured that the location won’t infringe the quality of the delectable sushi the NYC location provides: “We have a refrigerated truck, and we’re bringing out our top guys,” said Nobu managing partner Richie Notar. “We’re just working out the details to make it as cost-effective as possible.” If the expenses remain within budget this summer, they are sure to glam up the Hamptons even more with a permanent branch next summer.
