This chic eatery modeled after Europe’s “Relais & Chateaux” restaurants has boasted full occupancy nearly every night since its November 1998 opening. Few can resist the stunning botanic garden locale of this fully restored colonial 1920s black and white residence where fine art graces the walls and contemporary gastronomic French cuisine never ceases to amaze. Guests may choose to be seated on the second level main dining area (an intimate space with just 12 tables and spectacular views to the lush gardens through two glass paneled balconies), the garden terrace or a private dining space on the first floor.

Trained in fine houses of Paris and London Gastronomy (the likes of Le Gavroch and Les Elysées du Verne) Resident Chef Galvin Lim serves up his very own brand of French fare characterized by delicate flavors and light sauces. Chef Glavin’s seven course Dégustation menu is modified every season to showcase his expert command of seasonal dishes. A Sunday brunch buffet features the finest in Provençal fare, and the ladies of Singapore Société can enjoy a Friday luncheon as a chance to catch up with their girlfriends.

With an arsenal of top accolades for its food and wine and unfailing service, Au Jardin’s charm and glamour is sure to endure.
