The Setai
The Asian-inspired Setai Hotel and Resort is one of the most glamorous hotels on the beach, and elegantly located between the 40-story hotel and residence tower and the infamous South Beach is a paradise of pools (yes, plural) and palm trees. Venetian Pool
In the middle of one of Coral Gables’ residential neighborhoods, hidden behind pastel stucco walls and wrought iron gates, is found one of the most special attractions of this special city – Venetian Pool. According to the Venetian Pool’s Web site, it is perhaps the only swimming pool anywhere to be included in the National Register of Historic Places. Certainly it is the only swimming pool of its kind with its vine-covered loggias, shady porticos, Spanish fountain, three-story observation towers and cascading waterfalls that spill into a free-form lagoon complete with coral rock caves and palm-fringed island.

Biltmore Hotel Pool
Thanks to a considerable refurbishment led by noted landscape architect Emilio Fuster, the Biltmore’s landmark swimming pool, the largest hotel pool in the continental United States, is more fabulous than ever. The 85-foot high diving tower was transformed into a lush tropical waterfall inviting the hottest in Miami while private cabanas are perfect for private relaxation poolside. The 700,000-gallon, 23,000 square-foot pool was emptied and completely resurfaced with polished marble making for a luxurious and beautiful swimming experience.

Ritz Carlton, Ft. Lauderdale Beach
When you’re in the mood for dedicated poolside service overlooking the the Atlantic Ocean, look no further than the Ritz-Carlton on Ft. Lauderdale Beach.
