Paolo Zampolli

This Milano native has become one of the leading entrepreneurs and environmental activists in all of New York City. In the late ’90s, Zampolli founded ID Management, a modeling agency, before partnering up with prominent real estate tycoons like Donald Trump and Prudential Douglas Elliman. He soon became well known for using high-end fashion models to sell real estate. Now, he’s a multi-millionaire living the life of luxury in Manhattan and currently serves as co-chairman for The Paramount Group of American Corp, a division in brokerage with Prudential, and is CEO of The Fashion Investment Group (FIG), a $100 million business service company that has planned, implemented, and consummated acquisitions in the fashion and modeling industry. Zampolli is also known for his global environmental efforts. In 2009, he created Green Inc., a corporation that sells green products to heads of states and municipalities. He is also the general director of climate change division at the United Nations Association Brazil as well as the co-founded of Agua do Brasil, a company dedicated to preserving Brazilian rain forests. You never know what’s next for Zampolli, whether he’s hosting a soiree at his Gramercy Park home, making business deals with one of his many billionaire friends or simply spending quality time at home with his newborn baby.

Zampolli’s World: Black Ball

The Black Ball was held on Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. This annual benefit is hosted by Alicia Keys and her charity, Keep a Child Alive, which raises money for help treat and support families that are affected by AIDS. This year, the event raised more than $2.4 million.

On Oct. 5, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations gave a reception in commemoration of its 42nd anniversary of its National Foundation Day (Korean: 한국어). This holiday celebrates the creation of the state of Gojoseon (ancient Korea), founded by Dangun Wanggeom in 2333 BC. South Korea enjoys a rich and diverse culture. It has become one of the world’s most vibrant societies. The holiday is known as “Gaecheonjeol,” which means “the day when the sky opens.” H.E. Ambassador Park In-Kook and Mrs. Kim Mee Young welcomed a number of high dignitaries, ambassadors, and senior officials from the diplomatic community and international organizations. The UN Secretary General, Mr. Ban Ki-moon was among the special guests.

AOSIS is currently celebrating 20 years of being at the forefront of the clarion call for urgent international action on Climate Change.

For the Launch of “Zampolli’s World” on hauteliving.com, Paolo Zampolli and his wife, Amanda Ungaro, hosted a dinner party at their residence at 50 Gramercy Park N. with Mamma Luisa cooking in Chanel couture. The party was reminiscent of the “Gatsby-days,” with an excellent mix of world business leaders, supermodels, telecom magnates, steel barons and billionaires. The theme of the party was “Forbes List, HNI (High Net-worth Individual), Models and No Pedestrians!”
