Six Swanky Sin City Brunches You Have To Try This Weekend

Haute Cuisine, News | July 13, 2018

Brunch is a major institution in Las Vegas paled only by quickie weddings and sunny days. It’s not only the perfect cure following a late night out on the town, but it’s also a great way to fuel up for another fun-filled day. Just about every restaurant in Sin City offers a bomb weekend brunch, from basic to bougie. Here are six swanky Sin City brunches to add to your weekend to-do list.

Not sure where to go for brunch? Here are six little words to help sweeten your big decision: Three-inch-tall Brioche French Toast. This iconic dish from Celebrity Chef Michael Mina is among the sumptuous menu items at Bardot Brasserie. The Parisian restaurant on the second level promenade at Aria Resort & Casino will add some je ne sais quoi to your step with sweet and savory dishes including the Escargots Bardot, Foie Gras Parfait, Short Rib Bourgignon Croissant Benedict and Maine Lobster Scramble.

Choose from red and white wine, cocktails and draft beer, or fill your glass with bubbles from the Champagne Cart, including French Champagnes like Dom Pérignon, Ruinart Blanc De Blancs and Veuve Clicquot Rosé. The weekend brunch takes place Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Elegance is the keyword during brunch at American-style restaurant Tableau. Located at Wynn Las Vegas near the private Wynn Tower Suites elevators, the restaurant serves market-fresh meals with garden and pool views and also offers outdoor poolside seating.

Chef Rene Lenger‘s menu changes seasonally, but expect to find delicious dishes including the Nautica Benedict with smoked salmon, the Filet Benedict with blue crab and Strawberry Blintz Buttermilk Pancakes. Healthier eaters will enjoy a selection of light fare and fresh smoothies or juice. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Lago

Light and delicious with impeccable views of the iconic Fountains of Bellagio, Lago from James Beard Award-winning Chef Julian Serrano serves a three-course feast of brunch favorites with an Italian twist on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Choices include Duck and Polenta, Crudo Di Tonno, Quail Eggs and Smoked Salmon, Ratatouille Bruschetta, Eggplant Parmesan Benedict, Baked Calzone and Pollo and Avocado. There’s also a pastry basket, served family style, and a decadent dessert display. Since this Bellagio Resort & Casino brunch is a rare affair, offered only one day a week, reservations are recommended.
