It was almost a complete and clean American sweep in the final results: John Isner won the Men’s Singles Championship and Sloane Stevens won the Women’s Singles Championship, while the Bryan brothers took home the Men’s Doubles Championship and CoCo Vandeweghe won the Women’s Doubles Championship alongside her Australian doubles partner, Ashleigh Barty.

It was a nail-biter for Isner, who beat out young German superstar Alexander Zverev in three sets. It was a similar situation for the Bryan brothers, who fought and arose triumphant against the Russian duo, Karen Khachanov and Andrey Rublev. The female players won their matches in straight sets—Stevens against the sixth-seeded Latvian Jeļena Ostapenko and the American and Australian doubles partners against also sixth-seeded Barbora Krejčíková and Kateřina Siniaková of the Czech Republic.
