Drake Admirably Donated Almost $1 Million To People In Miami
Money can buy happiness – just ask Drake. And those who believe otherwise never gave enough money away. Drake admirably donated almost a $1 million to strangers in Miami and captured it all in his newly released music video “God’s Plan”.
Drake shouted through the megaphone, “Anything you guys want in the store, it’s free. Whatever you guys want.”
Grocery shoppers tossed everything in their carts.
Heading down a flight of stairs, Drake faced his second random act of kindness.
A female student in need of a scholarship – he presented her with a check for $50,000.
The most touching donation was made out to a single mother and her son, a similar story to Drake’s own upbringing. He presented them with multiple thousands of dollars, in cash, secured tightly by rubber bands.
At the Lotus House Women’s Shelter, he donated another $50,000.
In total, he donated almost $1 million in shopping sprees for some, vehicle purchases for families and individuals, cash grants, and checks written out to students, the fire station department, and women and children non-profits.
The music video introduction credits read, “The budget for this video was $996,631.90. We gave it all away. Don’t tell the label.”
