With hundreds of participating LA restaurants, it’s overwhelming to choose where to eat and what to eat, which is why we’ve handpicked five truly luxe and delicious dineLA dishes that you definitely don’t want to miss.
Herringbone’s Whole Roasted Branzino
At Herringbone, Top Chef alum Brian Malarkey serves up his signature whole roasted Branzino during dineLA. The flavorful (and Instagram-worthy!) fish is bursting with flavor thanks to rainbow chard, parsnip, Brussels, and citrus.
Providence’s Fluke Sashimi
If you’re a seafood lover, consider Providence’s dineLA tasting menu a must try. It stars this beautiful fluke sashimi alongside Hokkaido sea scallop and British Columbia troll-caught king salmon. It’s almost too pretty to eat.

The Bellwether’s Bread Pudding
Make it a 2018 goal to swing by The Bellwether in Studio City and indulge in chef Ted Hopson’s Jameson bread pudding dessert. Made with Jameson butterscotch and served with salted caramel ice cream and candied pecans, this is one treat you won’t soon forget.
Petrossian’s Panna Cotta
Petrossian is known for its caviar but during dineLA make sure you indulge in the Panna Cotta dessert too. The mouthwatering treat is infused with Petrossian’s own brand of tea and it’s topped with crisp coconut ice cream, fresh raspberries, and butter wafers.
