Chairman of Arcadia Group, Sir Philip Green, hosted a private dinner at Miami’s beautiful Cecconi’s Restaurantat Soho Beach House. The exclusive dinner celebrated the store openings of Topshop and Topman in Miami, located in the storied Aventura Mall. The expansion to Miami marks the brand’s 11th store in the U.S., spanning 18,300 sq. ft. of the mall’s newly-renovated wing, debuting onNovember 20th, 2017.

Sir Philip Green was joined by an A-list group of attendees including Topshop CEO Paul Price, Jackie Soffer, Robert and Tricia Earl, Benny Shabtai and Stacey Cooper Shabtai, Justin Levine,Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani, Martha Graeff, Rony Seikaly, Marko Jaric, Caroline Vreeland, Keith and Evelyn Menin, Missy Brody and Barry Skolnick, Calyann Barnett and many more industry tastemakers, models, influencers, writers and stylists.

Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails and sips of Champagne, as well as gourmet canapés from Cecconi’s as they mingled around the gorgeously decorated, semi-outdoor space. Attendees came dressed to impress for the retail mogul, many wearing the brand’s newest pieces from the Fall/Winter collection during the picturesque Miami evening.

At the start of dinner, Sir Philip Green graciously greeted the room and thanked everyone for coming out to honor the opening with him. The meal included a gourmet lineup of some of the restaurant’s famed delicacies, such as the Gem Salad, Grilled Octopus, Branzino, New York Strip Steak and Mushroom Risotto. The group dined in a warm and elegant setting adorned with stunning flower arrangements and lush foliage, elevated with the delicate scent of Diptyque Baies candles, filling the room with an inviting aroma.

Aside from celebrating the grand opening of the dual stores in the Aventura Mall, the opening day holds further significance as it’s the first day of the highly anticipated Topshop x Kylie Cosmetics pop-up launch. Miami is one of the few select locations to host the pop-up, which is also making its way to New York’s Fifth Avenue, The Grove in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Houston and Chicago. Be sure to check it out before it’s gone, as the collaboration is expected to sell out quick. The Miami retail location also provides a luxury, complimentary personal shopping service in both stores.
