Seeing the city at angle does something. Either air-conditioned or thick hot air people are drinking and filling up. Loosing up. Laughing, even flirting. La hora feliz. Spanish for happy hour. People are happy as hell alright especially when the food and prices are good and the views are overlooking the city. The best places for happy hour with a view in Las Vegas are:
MON AMI GABI
What are you drinking? Doesn’t matter as long as you’re here. It’s located inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino with views of the Bellagio fountains AND the strip. Mon Ami Gabi’s happy hour is Monday to Friday 4PM to 7PM and Saturday 2PM to 5PM. This view is something out of a movie especially at sunset.
LINDO MICHOACAN LA LOMA
Sigh. This happy hour has by far the best local view away from the busy strip. It’s located in Henderson, meaning you can skip on the downtown traffic. I’m all the more happy and appreciative for it. Monday to Friday from 3PM to 6PM you can drink, eat, and gaze. Photo ops are available outside in the parking lot for the gram. Do not miss the opportunity to visit.
CABO WABO
Just in case you want to pretend like you’re in Cabo, this place is it. Their happy hour menu starts with $6 house drinks, $12 domestic beer pitchers, and three tacos for $6 to name a few. It’s located inside the Miracle Mile Shops overlooking the strip.
DIABLO’S CANTINA
From the outside it looks like you better not, but trust me. It’s a lot more tame than you think. It’s very charming inside. Diablo’s is two stories and each floor is equally capable of delivering a view of the people and strip. Their happy hour is from Monday to Friday starting at 3PM to 7PM.
SKYFALL LOUNGE
Imagine being as cool as Skyfall Lounge with this high-peak view. Can’t relate. They’re in such a great location I can’t stand it! Inside DELANO, their happy hour is called “Sunset Hour” and it’s DAILY from 5PM to 7PM. Food starts at $5, cocktails at $12, beer at $6, and wines at $8.
And because brunching is approaching your happy hour filled week, here’s a list of the most delicious brunch spots in Las Vegas.
