The Most Glamorous Pools In And Around Boston You Need To Check Out This Summer

Summer is still here and while it’s lingering, here’s a look at some of the most glamorous pools in and around Boston that you won’t want to miss this summer. From a rooftop haute spot near the Prudential Center to a chic location in Back Bay, here are our favorite places to cool down.

The Colonnade Hotel

At The Colonnade Hotel’s Rooftop Pool, you can sip while you dip (sip on cocktails and take a dip in the haute pool located on the hotel’s 12th floor). The swanky place to chill out and cool down is open to both hotel guests and the public so be sure to arrive early to ensure you get a lounge chair. Weekday rates are $45 for daily public admission (complimentary to hotel guests) with a $10 cover at night. Keep in mind the pool is closed to the public on the weekends, but remains open to hotel guests and Colonnade residents.

Revere Hotel Boston Common

The indoor heated rooftop pool at this Back Bay location overlooks Rooftop@Revere where you can hang out after a swim and relax on the roof deck. Cabana rentals range from $200 to $1,600 depending on the size and require a food and beverage minimum. Here, you can order up a fruity umbrella cocktail and snack on light bites like lightly dressed lobster rolls.

Four Seasons Hotel

The floor-to-ceiling windows of the eighth floor indoor pool location offer a beautiful view of the Boston Public Garden any time of year. With a backdrop of Beacon Hill, you won’t find a prettier view in the city.  The 44-foot pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and you can even order breakfast, lunch or dinner from in-room dining and have it delivered directly to your lounge chair.

Hotel Indigo

It’s all about the cabana rentals at Hotel Indigo, located just 15 minutes from downtown Boston in Newton. The haute pool area is the place to lounge all day and at night, things are kicked up a bit when live entertainment is introduced and a young lively crowd comes for drinks al fresco.

Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club

You certainly have your pick of pools to choose from at this Cape Cod location. There are four outdoor and two indoor swimming pools to cater to our ever-changing weather here in New England. The haute property just unveiled its new 4,600 square foot Beach House Spa this spring where you can retreat to after a invigorating swim.
