Blue Ribbon from chefs and restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg have brought their vision of true American cuisine to The Cosmopolitan with a menu that is a celebration of worldly influence and the chef’s culinary escapades.

Building upon the Bromberg Brothers’ original vision, and channeling the energy of the Las Vegas Strip comes part saloon, part oyster bar, part American eatery, and part international culinary tour.

Offering lunch and dinner service, the menu features long time favorites such as Beef Marrow & Oxtail Marmalade and Pu Pu Platter, as well as new creations exclusive to the Las Vegas location including ‘The Cosmopolitan,’ a multi-tiered shellfish and caviar extravaganza served with a bottle of Champagne. Blue Ribbon keeps its doors open late to cater to those who want to party the night away in a relaxed atmosphere.

NYC’s iconic Beauty And Essex, finds a second home at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. For an energetic dining experience that pulls inspiration from it’s Lower East Side classic, comes Chef Chris Santos‘ first foray out of New York City, since opening in May 2016.

As one of the most consistently ranked restaurants on the strip, this is must try for everyone.

Inspired by the informal izakaya dining style, the international restaurant features modern Japanese cuisine that is authentic but not traditional, and award-winning world-class cocktails in an elegant and sophisticated environment. zuma’s menu features a variety of dishes from its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. True to the izakaya experience, guests are offered dishes designed to be shared and brought to the table continuously throughout the meal. The menu offers a wide selection of elegantly presented dishes, including many items that are bolder in flavor than traditional Japanese cuisine.

STK is a new-style Las Vegas steakhouse from The One Group and Executive Chef Stephen Hopcraft. STK features a bustling bar scene, an inspired menu, and a relaxed dining atmosphere with a sexy vibe created by the in-house DJ. With locations in New York City, Miami and Los Angeles, STK is a Las Vegas celebrity hotspot that breaks with tradition, offering a flirty take on the classic American steakhouse.

Signature dishes include: Day Boat Scallops, Lil BRGs, and Tuna Tartare.


Momofuku Las Vegas

Since it’s arrival at The Cosmopolitan in late 2016, the first West Coast establishment of celebrated Momofuku empire has become a must visit dining destination within the resort.

In addition to its menu of steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing, the restaurant recently rolled out a new Late-Night menu featuring a new fried chicken sandwich made of chili glazed fried chicken topped with cucumbers and lettuce, and served on a potato roll – exclusively offered at Momofuku Las Vegas

This is a can’t miss spot! Inspired by familiar home-style desserts and savory snacks, Tosi’s menu offers an approachable, yet innovative spin to classic baked goods using quality ingredients and locally sourced dairy.

At The Cosmopolitan, Milk Bar continues to serve Tosi’s signature creations which have gained world-wide recognition including Cereal Milk™ soft serve ice cream, Compost Cookies®, and Crack Pie®.

In addition to the classics, Tosi recently introduced her newest line of do-good, feel-good food called LIFE.  LIFE includes gluten + dairy-free cookies that are packed with good-for-you ingredients like nuts and other healthy fats (think a power bar in the shape of a cookie!) brand-new, limited edition wheat-free brekkie cups (yogurt parfaits milk bar style! packed with protein), and cold-pressed juice shorties.
