Where to Cool Down with Frozen Summer Cocktails in Miami

As we forge our way into the balmy summer days of heat and Miami rays, we take a look at some of our favorite spots to sip on some cool, refreshing cocktails. From newly-popular frosé, to your classic frozen margarita or adult milkshakes, here’s a look at some of the best summer sips in the city.

The swanky rooftop pool at the 1 Hotel in Miami Beach is the ultimate destination for some fun, summer relaxation with great food and cocktails to match it. Settle in a poolside cabana and sip on Watr’s own take of the frosé.

1/2 oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka

1/2 oz. Lillet Rouge

1/2 oz. Peach Purée (cane sugar base)

1/2 oz. Fresh Pressed Grapefruit Juice

1 oz. Kelvin Slush & Co. Citrus base

BAKEHOUSE BRASSERIE 

Cool down in the shade at Menin Hospitality’s South of Fifth gem, Bakehouse Brasserie, a Parisian-inspired cafe with an inventive menu of sweet and savory dishes, as well as delicious cocktails. Sip on this pretty glass of frosé as you enjoy the spot’s live jazz music.

1 container Citrus Slush

16 oz Cocchi Americano Rosso

16 oz Strawberry Liqueur

8 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur

8 oz St. Germain

7 quarts of water

1 quart of Watermelon Juice

Garnished with strawberry, cherries and orange.
