FloWEN Debuts New Jewelry Collection at 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach
Exclusive guests were invited to Shop for a Cause and get the first look at FloWEN’s debut Specimans collection hosted by Kinga Lampert, Carolina Rainer, Elysze Held, and Flavia Lowenstein at 1-Hotel and Homes South Beach’s penthouse 1610. The original pieces, created by Los Angeles based couple, Flavia Lowenstein and Juan Azulay, were inspired by nature and made from metal pieces, giving them fossil-like earthy look. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the evening benefitted the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The décor for the evening could not have matched the design aesthetic of the jewelry collection more perfectly. The 3,955 square foot penthouse was furnished by Rose Ink Workshop and featured beautiful flower pieces on the wall with hanging moss, glass tables held up by what appeared to be rusted tree bark, and bright pink orchids throughout the space. Delicate art pieces hung on the walls and the neutrally colored furniture set the tone for eco elegant jewelry debut.
FloWEN’s Specimans collection was beautifully placed on a moss-covered table containing glass capsules and mannequines to showcase pieces. Other pieces were laid atop of leaves and pieces of moss in order to emphasize the designers’ purpose and vision of creating a brand that fuses the richness and complexity of nature to create a work of art through their jewelry.
