Haute Living held a posh dinner party with the regal champagne, Armand de Brignac, at Miami hotspot Nobu, located at the Nobu Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach. The fête served as a dual celebration in honor of the prestigious winemaker, Emilien Boutillat‘s, visit to Miami that weekend, and also to celebrate Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani‘s birthday in Miami.
The hip and sexy atmosphere of the renowned Japanese restaurant set the stage for a memorable evening in the restaurant’s private dining area, where guests were treated to an evening of fine cuisine and exquisite wine pairings. The evening began with cocktails, where guests mixed and mingled throughout the private area as they sipped Armand de Brignac Brut Gold.

As dinner began and guests took their seats, the culinary journey commenced, starting with tasty Toro Jalapeño with sides of Edamame and Crispy Orka, followed by a rich Seabass Honey Truffle, which paired delightfully with the brand’s decadent Armand de Brignac Rosé. The crisp bubbles deliciously highlighted the rich flavors of the following Shiitake Parmesan Rice with Lotus and Truffles, as well as the Grade A5 Wagyu, which was flambéed throughout the long dinner table, creating a show of flaming fire that left a delicious platter of the finest beef. Of course, guests had to get their fix of the acclaimed sushi, and indulged in a mixed sushi platter to finish off the dinner portion of the evening.
