Heating up for the big game, Haute Living and partners Hublot, LOUIS XIII and Rolls-Royce took up Houston during their weekend of luxury on Saturday night for a pre-Super Bowl fête and a celebration of music executive Chaka Zulu’s birthday.

To mark the special occasion for Chaka, cofounder and manager of Atlanta-based Disturbing Tha Peace music record, a slew of Georgia’s who’s-who performers, including Ludacris and Young Jeezy, descended on the Space City. Among the notable guests were also Kamal Hotchandani, CEO of Haute Media Group, Fabolous, Pras, actor Terrence J., model Jasmine Sanders, Yves de Launay, Vice President of LOUIS XIII – Americas, and entertainment lawyer Sandy Lal.

Hosted at the opulent $14.95 million private estate of Diane and John D. Chaney, which is currently on sale with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s agent and Haute Residence Houston partner Walter Bering, the attendees enjoyed a lively night.

The three-course dinner, put together by high-end Italian restaurant Tony’s Catering, culminated with a birthday cake and “Happy Birthday” tunes. Befitting for Chaka’s “a moment in time” bash with friends and loved ones, came a special toast with the iconic French cognac LOUIS XIII, which warrants a century and four generations of cellar masters to mature.

Apart from the gourmet experience, guests also savored an exhibit of Rolls-Royce vehicles, comprised of two Dawn models, a Wraith and a Ghost Black Badge, which carried Fabolous to the event. Swiss luxury horologer Hublot added some extra sparkle with a display of 20 pieces from its Big Bang and Classic Fusion lines.
