We’ve rounded up our top 5 picks of delicious AND healthy cocktails from Miami’s newest health-conscious joints to allow you to indulge in these inventive libations without any guilt. From Miami Beach’s newest organic Mexican haute spot Tocaya to poolside at the tranquil Standard Hotel, these cocktails will have you looking and feeling great in 2017.

1 Tocaya Organica's Hibiscus Margarita

Tocaya Organica has opened its newest outpost on Miami Beach's Lincoln Road serving up everyone's dream come true: healthy Mexican food. All ingredients used are organic, farm-fed and free-range meats and sustainable seafood. There's even a separate all vegan menu available. The cocktails are equally as healthy, made from all-natural, organic ingredients. Our must-try pick is the refreshing and light Hibiscus Margarita, deliciously mixed with Casamigos Blanco, basil, cucumber, hibiscus and lime.

2 Nina's House Spicy Nina Cocktail

Tucked away behind the hip Confidante Hotel lies Miami's newest boho chic beachside bar: Nina's House. Inside you can find some of the most delicious and inventive drinks around, each of their signature cocktails highlighting a different spirit using a unique twist. Even better, these cocktails go down just as smooth as water because they're made with all-natural ingredients; no sugar, only agave and fresh fruits and vegetables. Our favorite was definitely the signature Spicy Nina cocktail made with pineapple, honey crisp apple, cilantro, jalepeño and cana brava rum.

3 Plant Food + Wine's The Sacred

Plant-based star chef Matthew Kenney proved to Miami that clean food can, in fact, taste good with his new Miami restaurant Plant Food + Wine. Nestled in Miami's Sacred Space, this green haven of magic serves up plant-based food and drinks in a fine dining setting. Aside from the outstanding dishes, one of their best drinks is The Sacred, the perfect light and smooth cocktail to complement the clean, flavorful dishes. This pretty pink drink is made with ain organic vodka, watermelon, mint and sparkling wine.

4 Byblos Marrakesh Garden

The mixology program is not to be missed at this ultra-chic Eastern European eatery on Miami Beach. The endless list of perfectly curated cocktails could go on, but one standout that must be tried is the Marrakesh Garden. This unique drink is not only beautiful in presentation, but it also tastes like you're sipping on a fresh-pressed juice after leaving the gym. So in that case, you can even forget that you're splurging on the few extra calories that make up this crisp cocktail. Made with Bacardi Superior, cold-pressed cucumber and celery juice, fresh mint and lime, this green spiked juice gets 5 stars in our book.

5 F'rosé at The Standard

Of course The Standard is always a go-to when it comes to all things health and wellness. Just kick back, relax and sip on one of The Lido's crowd favorites: the F'rosé. This is actually as good as it sounds--a refreshing, frozen glass of rosé. But what's even better is that it's actually healthy! This special cocktail is created with fruits offering numerous health benefits: the Kelvin organic citrus base is a tangy refreshing blend of lemon grapefruit and tangerine made with only raw organic cane sugar and agave, and the prickly pear purée offers dietary fiber, Vitamin A + C, Potassium and Niacin. Now, all you need is to soak up some Vitamin D in the sun.
