Last night, former Miami Heat star and future Chicago Bulls star Dwyane Wade and his boo, actress Gabrielle Union said good bye to the Magic City in the most Miami fashion possible… with bottle service.

He collected a group of friends and family, including current Miami player Chris Bosh and Kardashian-friend Jonathan Cheban for a last blow out at Rockwell, the Washington Avenue hotspot that sits in a storied nightlife space along the strip.

As a special gift, the two were greeted each with their own customized bottles of Belvedere Vodka Silver Saber bottles that were engraved with their monikers “DWADE” and “GABUNION”

The group danced the night away with friends and family, bittersweetly ending their Miami chapter and preparing to decamp to Chicago. A heartfelt toast by Union marked the night… and the poignancy of it.

Still, don’t expect the power couple to really leave for good. They haven’t listed their waterfront manse, a dream home they just recently completed so they could maintain Florida residency. They are rumored to be renting a posh Victorian mansion on Chicago’s Gold Coast strip that once served as the backdrop for 1980s sitcom Webster. It’s a gorgeous, 11,000 square-foot, eight-bedroom house offering up plenty of space and lots of historic charm.

The move marks a return home for Wade, who grew up on Chicago, and a $47 million payday. As Wade has stated, there was much more than money at play here though. Playing for his hometown team, the Chicago Bulls, was a dream of the young Wade and just maybe he can bring some of that magic back to the team he grew up with. Wade has said that he “still has a lot left” in terms of greatness on the court, and we’re sure all eyes will be on the Bulls v. Heat meet ups to see what he does against his former teammates.
