The brainchild of Elan Sassoon (son of the legendary hairstylist Vidal Sassoon) and Marco Evangelisti, the luxe hair and nail salon is the combination of their more than three decades of talent. Here, you can book a treatment for a stylish cut and rich color, get your nails done and shop their collection of professional hair care products that includes everything from Kerastase and Oribe to Moroccan Oil.

The 2,500 square foot salon features a comfortable lounge and spacious salon on the first floor and modern day spa on the lower level. Sure, you can book a traditional manicure or pedicure, but why not try a paraffin or gel French instead? They also offer a full range of waxing services, including lip, brow and full leg.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by the team of stylists, who will offer you a drink (cappuccino, please) and get you set up for your new look. We recently visited for a stylish cut and rich color by Maria, who specializes in cutting, coloring and hair smoothing, The result? Our tresses were tamed leaving us feeling beautiful and more confident.
ICON Salon also hosts editorial fashion shoots with local fashion designers, artists and models to showcase their work, enhance their portfolios and increase visibility in the arts community. ICON’s stylists are also dedicated to giving back to charities in the greater Boston community, and annually give a multitude of services and donations to causes of their choosing.
