5 NYE Cocktail Recipes to Usher in a Glamorous 2016

Below are our favorite, easy-to-make sparkling wine cocktails that will make New Year’s Eve that much more glamorous.
Fleur-de-lis
To create a simple yet classic cocktail this New Year’s Eve, test out Parker & Quinn’s “Fleur-de-lis”, made with Grey Goose Cherry Noir, St. Germaine, fresh lemon juice, pomegranate blueberry juice, prosecco, and honey. Available at Parker & Quinn – 64 West 39th Street, New York, N.Y.
1.5 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir
0.5 oz St. Germaine
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Honey Simple
0.5 oz Pomegranate Blueberry Juice
0.75 oz Prosecco
In a Mixing Glass, shake Grey Goose, St. Germaine, Fresh Lemon, Honey, and Pomegranate Juice with ice. Strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco.
Glass: Champagne Flute
Garnish: Three blueberries
French ‘75
For a New York Classic, whip up a “French ‘75” made with 18 Brooklyn Gin, lemon juice, a splash of simple syrup and bubbles from La Marca Prosecco. Available at Winnie’s Jazz Bar located inside of Refinery Hotel – 63 West 38th Street, New York, N.Y.
1.5 Brooklyn gin
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0. 25 oz of simple syrup
Shake ingredients and strain into a flute glass
Top with Prosecco

Ginger Fizz
Ginger Fizz is a sure way to please the senses this New Year’s Eve. To recreate this delicious cocktail you will need:
1 part The Classic (order at Owl’s Brew for a complete line of tea mixers)
1 part Champagne
1/2 part Ginger Liqueur
Shake The Classic and Ginger Liqueur with ice. Strain and pour into champagne glass. Top with Champagne.
Martini Thyme
New Year’s Eve is “Martini Thyme” – create this cocktail at home using Bombay Sapphire, thyme simple syrup, fresh lime juice, peach purée, and top with prosecco for a bubbly effect. Available at Refinery Rooftop – 63 West 38th Street, New York, N.Y.
2 oz Bombay sapphire
1.5oz thyme simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz peach puree
Top with Prosecco
Add all contents (with the exception of Prosecco) into a mixing glass shake then strain into glass, top with prosecco and add garnish with sprig of thyme.

Garnish: Spring of thyme

Soft and subtle like spring itself, the lavender provides an unexpected lift to this classic combination. The perfect promise of months ahead.
1 oz lavender simple syrup
2 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz Brut Classic
Pour the simple syrup and lime juice in a decorative glass and stir to mix. Add the Brut and serve.
