Following confirmation that Haute 100 lister Dwyane Wade will remain part of Miami Heat, the 33-year-old has been unveiling a number of new business ventures. First it was a red wine collection titled Wade, and now it’s a line of socks that pay homage to Miami.

On Wednesday, Stance Socks announced the Fall D Wade Collection will include 11 dress and casual styles designed by the basketball player.

“I am excited to launch my new collection paying tribute to a special city I call home,” Wade said of the release. “The collection captures the pulse and energy of Miami with its unique architecture, sophisticated style, and iconic design.”

According to Stance, the Fall D Wade Collection is “comprised of three classic striped cotton athletic socks, while the remaining eight are premium styles made with combed cotton and 200 needle count stitching. The eight premium styles are a play on Miami’s famed art-deco architecture in hues that evoke the essence of one of America’s most vibrant cities.”

The ultra-stylish D Wade Collection is available at Stance.com priced at $14.

In addition to his new business ventures, Wade was inducted in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Sports Hall of Champions. According to Fox Sports, Wade joined Jack Nicklaus and Chris Evert to be part of the coveted sports hall of champions on Wednesday at the 21st induction ceremony.

“It is an honor,” Wade said. “When I got the call, obviously I jumped on it right away and said of course I would. This feels a little weird. I’m preparing for a season that’s starting real soon, but at the same time you’ve got to take it in stride and understand what it means for the city and the community. So I’m overwhelmed in appreciation.”

Past inductees of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Sports Hall of Champions include Don Shula, Angelo Dundee, Bob Beamon, Muhammad Ali, Arthur Ashe, Emerson Fittipaldi, Joe DiMaggio, Dan Marino, Alonzo Mourning, Jerry Bailey, Greg Louganis, Jennifer Rodriguez, Zach Thomas and Jim Kelly.

Wade posted a photo to his Instagram account expressing his gratitude. See below.
