Jean-Georges Opens at the Four Seasons Dubai
Last Thursday, on 4 June at Four Seasons Dubai, globally acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten launched his restaurant Jean-Georges. Situated in the resort’s Restaurant Village, the venue is the chef’s second after his New York City restaurant, which is located in the Trump International Hotel and Tower. Jean-Georges Dubai showcases two distinct restaurants, a lounge and a terrace, with striking menus inspired by his 3 Michelin star restaurant in New York.
Celebrity Chef Jean-Georges hosted the evening and welcomed UAE VIPs, regional and international celebrities and personalities, including renowned actor David Hasselhoff, Hollywood and Bollywood Superstar Nargis Fakhri, Arsenal F.C. and England football player Calum Chambers, Dutch former footballer and former manager of A.C. Milan Clarence Seedorf and local MBC1 presenter Loujain Omran.
The evening began with a cocktail reception offering exquisite canapés highlighting a taste of signature dishes from the menu.
Also featured was a live performance by violinist Anna Pavlova, followed by speeches by the Chairman of GFD, Tariq Khan and Chef Jean-Georges himself. The night continued to the catchy tunes of DJ Ruckus, who GQ has hailed as “the most sought after DJ in the world.”
Jean-Georges Dubai offers a sophisticated and refined culinary experience, highlighting internationally renowned dishes of Jean-Georges. This joint is sure to become a Dubai favorite.
